-6 AN to 1/2-20, -6 to 5/16 (tube) inverted flare. These fittings have an inverted flare seat. They are used in fuel systems, radiators and power steering systems among others. They allow the use of a stainless steel braided hose to be used in place of a 5/16" metal tube. The fittings are steel with an attractive zinc plating.
