Additionally, the ball joints are heat treated in order provide incredible fatigue and abrasion resistance, ultimately increasing the lifespan of these units. These ball joints also feature metal bearings to handle rotational load and a threaded cup, carbon steel spring plate for superior performance under your Jeep's weight. Ball Joints w/ Knurl are for inner knuckles that have a “loose press fit” due to repeated ball joint replacement and/or where knurled ball joints have been installed.
